01 Introduction

Welcome to 77bc. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 77bc platform, including the website located at https://77bc.io, all associated betting markets, casino games, promotional offers, and customer support services (collectively, the "Platform"). 77bc operates as an offshore online betting and casino platform serving players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

02 Eligibility

• You must not have previously had a 77bc account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction before registering or depositing. 77bc makes no warranty that the Platform is lawful to use in your specific location.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 77bc Platform, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to the account registration process:

• Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 77bc Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.

• 77bc shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, 77bc may at any time request supporting identity documents including a valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address dated within three months, and proof of payment method. Accounts where KYC documentation has not been provided within the requested timeframe may have deposits, withdrawals, and betting access restricted pending verification.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

77bc supports a range of local and international payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the 77bc Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, however individual payment method providers may impose their own limits.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 77bc wallet instantly upon confirmation of the mobile transaction. Delays caused by payment providers are outside the control of 77bc.
• All deposited funds must be used for betting and gaming purposes only. Deposits made purely for the purpose of transferring funds between accounts or taking advantage of exchange rates are prohibited.
• 77bc does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder only.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in keeping with anti-money-laundering best practices.
• Processing times for withdrawals are typically between 1 and 5 business days depending on the payment method and any applicable verification checks.
• 77bc reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected, or where KYC documentation has not been completed.
• Any applicable fees charged by payment providers for withdrawal transactions are the responsibility of the Player.

05 Betting Rules

The following rules govern all sports betting activity on the 77bc Platform, including live cricket markets, pre-match markets, and all other sportsbook offerings:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn after it has been accepted by the 77bc system, except where explicitly permitted by a specific market rule.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary based on the event, market type, and your account tier.
• 77bc reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including on grounds of irregular betting patterns, suspected match manipulation, or system errors.

• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of 77bc, including during natural breaks in play, following significant in-play events, or due to data feed disruptions. Bets placed immediately before a suspension may be accepted or rejected depending on the timing of confirmation.
• Settlement of all markets is based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA). In the case of conflicting official sources, 77bc's trading team will determine the correct settlement result and that decision will be final.
• Any bets placed using funds obtained through bonus abuse, fraud, or money laundering will be void and the relevant account balances forfeited.

06 Casino Games

77bc offers a casino lobby comprising slots, live dealer table games, and instant-win products sourced from leading third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. The following terms apply to casino gaming activity:

• All casino games offered on 77bc are supplied and operated by certified third-party game providers. The software, Random Number Generators (RNG), and game logic are certified by the providers' own testing laboratories. 77bc does not modify game outcomes.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77bc Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, legal action:

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players, insiders, or third parties with the aim of manipulating betting outcomes.
• Participating in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other financial crime using the 77bc Platform.
• Registering or operating more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform software for personal gain.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, racist, sexist, or otherwise offensive communication with 77bc staff or other players via any channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the source code or proprietary systems of the 77bc Platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obscure your true identity or location.

77bc employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 77bc reserves the right to act without prior notice, including by freezing account balances pending investigation.

10 Security & Privacy

77bc employs industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the 77bc Platform. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the 77bc Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy.

Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices and internet connections. 77bc strongly recommends using a private, secure internet connection when accessing the Platform and enabling any available two-factor authentication features when offered. 77bc cannot be held liable for security breaches arising from insecure or shared network connections used by the player.

77bc will never request your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 77bc that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77bc, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from betting decisions made in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or form guides.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors affecting the availability of betting markets or casino games.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Changes to odds or market availability between the time of bet placement and the time of settlement.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. In any event, 77bc's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement governed by these Terms at any time and for any reason.

Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard market settlement rules. Any withdrawable balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method subject to standard verification checks.

Termination by 77bc: 77bc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• 77bc has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity in connection with your account.
• You have failed to complete requested KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more, in which case it may be classified as dormant. Dormant account fees or balance forfeiture policies, where applicable, will be communicated separately.
• 77bc is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction.

Where an account is closed by 77bc due to breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, and 77bc will not be obligated to provide a detailed explanation of the decision in order to protect its fraud prevention methods.

13 Amendments to These Terms

77bc reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, payment conditions, or game fairness standards — 77bc will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your account and/or via an in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law, may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.
